Today we made a kia kaha sign out of rocks. here are some of my photos. You can't see my house you windows so we put it on the side of our drive way. Ive seem people walk past it smiling and taking a photo.
Ka Pai Xavier! I love your Kia Kaha sign so I'm not surprised it has made people in your neighbourhood smile. Well done for showing extra creativity and finding a way to make sure your message does get seen by everyone. What did you use to draw on the rocks? The colour are lovely and bright. Nga mihi Mrs Jones
I love your Kia Kaha rocks. I think its a great sign for your neighborhood! It reminds people that if we stick together we can get through this :) I also love how you have used lots of different colours to make your rocks stand out, they look really pretty!
Ka pai Xavier. What a lovely idea. It must feel good to know you're making people smile. I've been learning some te reo Māori and one of my phrases for today was 'kia kaha i tēnei rā,' or 'be brave today.' Do you think the art work will survive if there is bad weather? What did oyu use?
